HEY!

I know I’m not as active on Tumblr as most of you are, but it would help me sooo much if you guys could talk to me/give me tips/keep me motivated. I’m not even sure if any of you read my blog, I know there’s not much to look at, but as a I look at my dashboard and see all the friendly convos between everybody I know that it would be super helpful for all your input!

The biggest problem I have with my weightloss is BINGING. i can eat and eat and eat and EAT. any tips on how to stop stuffing my face, especially when my belly is full?

Even though I haven’t really talked to anyone on here, everyone I follow inspires me just by posting what you post. So thank you for that much. Hope to hear from you guys!

YIKES!

fell off the bandwagon for a little bit there. Didn’t eat as good as i should have, and haven’t really exercised at all in the past 3 days…time to get back on track! just a minor speedbump.

im noticing..

that even in the past couple weeks of not eating SHITTY food and exercising just a little bit each day, i feel SO much better. I’m not really sure if there’s any visible change in my body, but i can feel it. my jeans feel better, i love where the hole that my belt is tightened at, and ive actually caught myself strutting around in a sports bra and panties. this is such an amazing change, not only for my health but for my mind, too. 

FIT FEELS GOOD.
